    Let’s Stay Together - Al Green

    Today’s shower was a pretty goddamned hungover one. I was so hungover I almost didn’t sing at all for fear of what might happen if I opened my mouth (in the sense of projectile vomit). Somehow, I persevered and ended up singing my go-to hangover song: Let’s Stay Together. This song is so smooth that singing it actually helps me feel like everything gross that might have happened the previous night is just floating away. Plus it’s really fun to hum in case I feel like I need to keep my mouth shut.
